What can the TAG do?

You choose the contact details you want to make available and you can update them at any time.
If a finder scans the QR code on the TAG, they can contact you directly.
In addition, the TAG comes with an RFID key so that you can use it with your RFID-enabled cat flap or automatic feeder.
You'll be notified if someone scans the TAG and sends you a message.
Here's how it works
Set up your TAG and get help if needed
Download and set up the app
Download the animundo app. Then follow the step-by-step instructions in the app. When prompted to connect your TAG to the app, scan the QR code on the back. Simply point the camera on your smartphone at the code. Then, set up how you want to be contacted in an emergency – either just via the contact form or additionally by phone or directly by email.
Using the TAG
Once you’ve set up any external devices to communicate with the integrated chip in your tag, your pet can use its RFID-enabled cat flap or automatic feeder without an extra device on its collar.
Your TAG in an emergency
If someone scans the QR code on your pet’s TAG, there are two scenarios:
- You’ve already reported your pet as missing. The finder can respond directly to your report and get in touch via your chosen method, i.e. via the contact form or directly by email or phone.
- You haven’t reported your pet as missing. The finder can see that your pet isn’t missing. But if they confirm that it’s an emergency, they’ll still get your contact details and can reach out to you directly.
