With our collective accident insurance, which is unique in Switzerland, Animalia helps you handle unexpected costs and covers:
• 80% of the costs per case, up to CHF 1,500,-
• without an annual excess

With the aniCare plan, you automatically get accident insurance for one dog or cat. Add any other pets for an additional CHF 5.50 each. For the policy details, please refer to the FAQs.
Unexpected legal questions or conflicts can arise around your pet – be it with neighbours or landlords, or after an incident in everyday life. With the legal expenses insurance included in the aniCare plan, you're not left to fend for yourself in such a situation. Our partner Orion supports you in legal disputes relating to your pet and will cover up to CHF 600,000 per case for damages, criminal, insurance, neighbourhood, and administrative law, as well as in rental and lease matters. Sometimes you simply need a professional opinion, but not necessarily a visit to the vet. With animundo's telemedicine, you can talk to a Swiss-based vet in a video call to ask about your concerns from the comfort of your own home.
Get an initial professional opinion, ask questions and discuss how to proceed – totally without stress for you and your pet. The first 15 minutes cost CHF 55, each additional five minutes cost CHF 15.-.
From holiday care to pet hotels, trainers or family: if you sign up for the aniCare plan, you can share your pet's profile with them.
Simply choose which parts of the profile you want to share and how long for, and only those parts will be visible. This ensures that all those responsible receive exactly the details they need – securely, up to date and clearly arranged.
The AI coach is your digital companion in your everyday life with your pet. You can ask anything you want about behaviour, care, training, or general issues. By linking up to your pet's profile, you'll get tips and answers tailored specifically to your pet. The answers are an effective way for you to quickly get a general idea of how to proceed – right when you need it.
