animundo ag, Cordulaplatz 8, 5400 Baden, Switzerland (hereinafter the “organiser”) regularly runs prize draws and competitions on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, etc.) as well as on other platforms or at trade fairs, and is responsible for running them. The respective operator of the platform is indemnified from any claims arising from prize draws and competitions. They are also in no way involved in the prize draws and competitions, do not support them and are not the contact person for their organisation. By participating in prize draws and competitions, participants accept these terms and conditions.
Unless otherwise noted, the prize draw or competition starts with the publication of the respective post and is limited in time. The available prizes and the rules of the respective prize draw or competition (in particular the underlying process to determine the winner) are announced in the respective post or as part of the respective prize draw or competition. The organiser is solely responsible for the terms and conditions, and for running the prize draws and competitions. Participation is free of charge and not tied to any purchase. No claim can be made to participate in a prize draw or competition and for a prize draw or competition to be run.
All natural persons residing in Switzerland who are 18+ years of age are eligible to participate. Participants can only take part in their own name. Participation on behalf of another person is prohibited. Persons who are directly involved in the administration of the prize draw or competition, employees of animundo ag and its cooperation partners, as well as competition or prize-draw clubs, automated services and other professional or commercial participants are excluded from participating.
The winner will be contacted via the respective platform’s communication channel or via other electronic means of communication. Entries are only valid if the required contact details to claim the prize are true and accurate. In order to claim the prize, the winner must also contact the organiser by electronic means immediately, but no later than 48 hours after being notified of their win (or by a specified date, if applicable). Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited without replacement and the organiser being entitled to award the prize to another winner.
Where the competition involves making a guess, all participants will be contacted electronically once the competition has ended. They will be told the correct answer. No further correspondence will take place.
Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Prizes are non-transferable. No legal recourse is permitted. Except with the winners, no correspondence will take place regarding the prize draw or competition.
The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw or competition without notice or justification, in particular if abuse and/or violations of these terms and conditions are suspected or established, or for other (important) reasons. This also applies to participants who provide false details about themselves. In addition, the organiser reserves the right to make changes to the rules of the prize draw or competition at any time and to suspend, cancel or prematurely terminate the competition for important reasons and without notice.
Once the prize has been awarded to the winner or the delivery service chosen by the organiser, the organiser is released from all obligations (in particular any obligation to render services). The organiser accepts no liability (in particular for material defects and legal defects in the prize) to the maximum extent permitted by law.
The winner may be disclosed to third parties as such. The reserves the right to transmit the winner’s necessary personal data to its partners for the prize to be delivered. In addition, the processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the organiser’s privacy policy, which is available at https://www.animundo.ch/en/privacy/.
The terms and conditions of participation are subject to change by the organiser at any time and without notice. Prize draws and competitions are exclusively governed by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Baden AG, Switzerland.
